Return and Refund Policy

We only accept returns in the following cases:

 

• The product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

• The order received does not match the original order (wrong size, incorrect design, etc.).

 

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will review your case and, if applicable, offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Important:

Since all products are made on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please make sure to check the sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
